This month I’m eating chocolate everyday to show my client’s you can still have the things you enjoy and stay fit and healthy. The reason I’ll achieve this is because of the sensible decisions I’ll be making along the way. πŸ‘πŸ»

Let’s look into cacao beans, where chocolate comes from. πŸ‘€

Cacao beans stack up on the mineral content against anything in the world. 😱
β€’ They are the highest natural source of magnesium and chromium. πŸ™‚
β€’ They are very likely the highest natural source of iron, manganese, zinc and copper. πŸ˜€
β€’ They are one of the highest vitamin C content foods there is. πŸ˜ƒ
β€’ They have the highest antioxidant content. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Basically, all the cofactors needed for a healthy metabolism are in the cacao bean. πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Did you know that all processed chocolate has no vitamin C in it because heat destroys vitamin C. ☹️
