It has been a while since we last blogged and it was an extremely sad post. Now we’re starting our blogs again and we’re starting with a little something to smile about. 😁

Smiling and/or laughing doesn’t just make you look more attractive, it can help you lose body fat. 😱🤯

When you smile/laugh endorphins are released which help reduce the stress hormone, cortisol. High levels of cortisol are known to cause weight gain, particularly around the belly. 🤬

No, this doesn’t mean that you can just smile and get to 10% body fat. 👎🏻

Things that can help you smile/laugh:
• watch comedy 😂
• tell jokes 🤣
• banter 😆
• clothes shopping 👕👖👗👢
• nutritious foods 🥩🍎🥦🥑
• exercise 🏋🏻🤸🏽🧘🏿
• holidays ☀️
• feel good factors (like sex) 😈
• surrounding yourself with positive people (friends, family) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

So, let’s get our smile on and fight the fat. 💪🏻
