YES I CAN OR NO I WON’T

Since I become a PT I’ve met some truly remarkable people.
This is a massive well done and thank you to all of our clients.
I’m not sure if it’s because the sun is out, the evenings are lighter or a summer holiday is around the corner, but they have all taken their training to a higher level.

Some PT’s may not admit that they can lose focus and motivation from time to time. I’m currently nursing a shoulder injury and it has set me back and made me feel a little sorry for myself. I’d like to think that my clients never know if I’m having difficult times or have something on my mind. I was told once “that’s the sign of a good PT”.

In my job people confide in you and you’ll hear all kinds of things (good and bad), but the last couple of weeks I’ve heard some heart felt stories. They have left me wondering if I could cope with life’s demands being in their situation.
I posted a photo with a caption on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram this week saying how much our clients inspire and motivate us.
No matter what they are going through they still have the ‘yes I can’ attitude. Phenomenal!

A lesson to learn is that there is no such thing as ‘I can’t’, just ‘I won’t’.
