During the consultation phase we will talk through your goals and aspirations. Using this information, we will design tailor-made programs that ensure you achieve the best and fastest results within your time frame.
The consultation phase includes:
- Reading and signing the ‘personal training agreement’
- Read and fill out the physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Note: The consultation can last between 45-60 minutes.

Membership packages are available on a monthly subscription. Depending on your goals and time frame, we can advise the package to suit. All clients receive an SMPT welcome pack.
One-to-one training is where we work with only yourself and help you strive towards your personal fitness goals and aspirations.
Partner training is where we work with you and one other. It has the same dynamics as one-to-one, but brings out a healthy, competitive edge to push you that little bit further.
Semi-private training is where we work with you and a small group. This service is NOT a bootcamp. It is still personal training that is tailored to your needs. We have created a more cost effective service, meaning you can train more frequently with a coach.
Note: Semi-private training is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 clients per group.
Online training is where we work with you over the internet and become your personal online coach. We will discuss your levels of activity as well as your dietary habits. Easy to follow training and nutritional plans will be put in place to help you achieve your goals.
Group Online Training
Group online training is where we work with you and a group of others over the internet. These sessions are fun, designed for fat loss, strength, cardiovascular health and recovery. All you’ll need to participate in the sessions is the floor.
