Whether your big day is a year or a month away it’s never too late to start training. You can work with me by doing one on one training, which is specifically designed to get you the best results in the shortest time. Alternatively, you may prefer to partake in partner training, which is intended for you and anyone else who wants to get in shape for a wedding. This could be anyone, from a bride, groom, bridesmaid, best man or any other combination you wish.

Before we start work to get you in shape for your big day there will be a consultation which is free of charge. In the consultation we will sit down and discuss your fitness goals and aspirations alongside a few other important factors (see services tab for what the consultation will entail).
