Hi, I’m Tansy Simpson and I qualified as a personal trainer with Premier Global in Reading.
I specialise in weight management control, strength conditioning, postural analysis and corrective exercise.
I started my very own fitness journey when I was in my late 40’s. I got myself a PT and really enjoyed the different types of training methods we did. As I progressed, I started to fall in love with strength training. Being strong made me feel younger and better about myself. Now I’m into my 50’s I can safely say I’m in the best shape of my life.
Fit & 50 has a nice ring to it and my ‘fit & 50’ focus has helped me reach my ultimate goals such as weighted pull-ups, clap push-ups and my abs showing. When in my late 40’s I didn’t think the 6-pack was possible, especially after giving birth to THREE children. I’ve learnt that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Age really is just a number and it’s never too late to make a change.
