WELCOME TO STEWART MILNE PERSONAL TRAINING

We are a team of fully qualified personal trainers here to help and guide you towards your health and fitness goals. We offer group, semi-private, partner, and one-to-one training sessions, both in person and online. We also offer adhoc training and monthly membership packages.

Specialising in strength conditioning, fat loss and nutrition, we aim to make sure our clients fully understand their route to success. We offer many different services which allow us to give our clients the full attention they deserve.

We have over ten years experience behind us and we continue our educational development on an annual basis. This has helped us become one of the leading personal training organisations in the Reading, Berkshire area.

Our ethos is that each client is an individual with unique goals and aspirations. It may be aspiring marathon runners, rehab or weight loss goals. With our expertise, we can help you achieve these goals. We will go above and beyond to ensure you get 100% client satisfaction.

Our enthusiasm and passion is evident, as is our dedication to health and fitness. We believe that inspiration and motivation can go a long way and we can deliver both. Personal training is a journey, everyone has to start and finish somewhere, but it’s the journey in between that we need to embrace. It is so much more than just physical exercise and nutritional guidance, we strive to give you the confidence and ability to push yourself both physically and mentally. Never underestimate the power of a growth mindset.

Nutrition is a key component to your success and we are nutritionally qualified to help you towards a healthier lifestyle. We will show you that nutrition doesn’t have to be as difficult and as complex as some people make it.

There is no such thing as a diet with SMPT. We believe in a flexible, balanced approach. We have created our very own recipe books which are filled with tasty, high nutrient foods. Each recipe contains its very own barcode which will calculate macros and calories in the MyFitnessPal app. This will help keep you on track daily. We also offer survival guides to some of your favourite restaurants and take-aways. We implement a simple and effective lifestyle change that doesn’t stop you eating the foods you enjoy.

We understand that change can be overwhelming, so we have created a community forum which unites trainers and clients together to share ideas 24/7.

Since we formed in 2010, we have inspired a handful of our clients to go on and become personal trainers themselves.

We operate from a fully Watson equipped studio in Winnersh. Watson Gym Equipment is used by some of the greatest trainers and athletes around the world. We value their equipment as the very best. We offer one-to-one, partner, semi-private and group training, operating in person and online, indoors and outdoors from our facility. We also offer sessions from local parks or from the clients home if deemed necessary.

***COVID***

We are certified a “Covid-Secure” environment. We are acutely aware that people have different health concerns, particularly at this time. We can understand peoples hesitance of going to large gyms right now – we’re a family run facility and your safety is our paramount concern. We use both indoors and outdoors to keep everyone within the social distancing guidelines. All equipment is cleaned after every use as well as a regular thorough clean of the whole facility. We expect all clients to follow government guidelines regarding staying safe, including self isolating and getting tested if any symptoms occur, and also quarantining if travelling to locations without travel corridors.
