Since we formed in 2010, we have inspired a handful of our clients to go on and become personal trainers themselves.

We currently operate from two fully equipped studios. Our studios are based in Winnersh and Arborfield Green. Depending on the clients needs we can also operate from local parks or the clients home if deemed necessary.
